This integrated approach is based on the following three components that can be implemented on either individual, team or organizational level:

  • The foundation for growth
  • Facilitation of growth
  • Sustainability of growth

 

Foundation for Growth

This component entails the conducting of a need assessment on the levels indicated above in order to link Growth-Link interventions with current client initiatives and which will enable Growth-Link to understand the critical success factors of the client's business.

Based on such findings, Growth-Link then proposes an integrated solution that will best meet the client needs.

 

Facilitation of Growth

The integrated solution that will be proposed, based on the findings in the previous step, include specific learning interventions and/or occupational assessment and/or HR consulting products and services.

 

Sustainability of Growth

As Growth-Link interventions focus on the development of individual, team and/or organizational capability, sustainability at the Client is ensured. Growth-Link also assists to create change management and communication forums whilst best practices will also be introduced.

The approach described above is further enhanced by the fact that Growth-Link will have a number of learning interventions available that can either be implemented as is (suggested Growth-Link modules) or else clients may compile a programme which will best meet their needs, with the assistance of Growth-Link.
