Organization Structuring Services
Services delivered by Growth-Link regarding the structuring and sequential processes are the following:
- Best- practice benchmarking on the structuring of organizations and processes; this service also includes the redesigning of current processes and reporting structures and the implementation thereoff;
- Job-Profile compilation: The determination of the job content is done by means of discussions with the job incumbent and supervisor to ensure that management's intent with the job is incorporated in the job description.
- Job evaluation: Job evaluation is done by means of the JE Manager or Peromnes or Paterson system's results delivered in Paterson grade format.
Sourcing
Growth-Link offers a variety of Sourcing Solutions to clients. These solutions can be used as stand-alone tools or can be integrated with a learning intervention to function as pre- and post-assessment instruments. The three clusters of assessment instruments which Growth-Link provides are as follows:
- Assessment and development centres on an individual level;
- Multi-Rater assessments on individual, team and organizational levels;
- Psychometrics.
