Business Philosophy
Growth-Link's business philosophy is based on four pillars. We believe:
People development service should be aligned with business objectives
People interventions are not "stand-alone" interventions. It should stem from the organization's strategy and the impact thereof should be measured. We have a strong focus on return on training/investment which is part of all Growth-Link training delivery.
In long-term partnerships
We strive to build long-term partnerships with our customers. Having a strong, long- term association with a customer enables us to understand the customer's needs and craft people-development solutions that make sense within the customer's business context.
Integrated Solutions
We pride ourselves on being able to deliver an integrated solution to our customers and in the process ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Excellence in service delivery
An excellent service delivery, product quality and training are what our customers expect from Growth-Link. We pride ourselves on ensuring that we deliver excellence under all circumstances.
Accreditation and Registration
Growth-Link has provisional accreditation with the Services SETA as provider of learning interventions. Although the processes, procedures and products that Growth-Link offers adhere all to the standards of the Services SETA, Growth-Link's status as provider will probably continue to be provisional for the next few years due to the constant design and development of material that we are engaged in.
All our programmes however, are unit-standard based and learners will receive credits on the National Learner Database for learning that they have participated in.
Our accreditation number is: 0211/31/02/07
Over and above our provisional accreditation at the Services SETA, Growth-Link has the following accreditation status:
- Provisional registration with the Department of Education (Reg.No. 2008/FE07/004);
- Programme approval with INSETA for the Coaching and Mentoring programmes (Unit Standards 113909 and 114215);
- Programme approval with MERSETA for the Productivity Improvement programme (Unit Standards 13234 and 114877);
- The Programme Approval for one Skills programme (Intermediate Supervision) is pending with the MQA Seta (application already submitted).
