The year 2007/2008 represents some of the most exciting time frames in the history of Growth-Link. Not only have we relocated to new offices, but from a client base of only one nearly 10 years ago, we currently have more than 60 active clients that make use of our services on a regular basis.

Growth and expansion have been experienced in unprecedented ways and not only was business consolidated, but also expanded in a manner never experienced before.These successes can only be attributed to all the grace received as well as hard and dedicated teamwork. More

Dr Ilizanne JoubertGrowth-Link has developed a highly successful team over the last number of years that not only consists of highly motivated individuals who are experts in their own right, but also includes a highly competent leadership team with experience in the training and consulting environment.

As of 15 January 2008, I took over as Managing Director from Paul Grobler, who then moved over to the position of Executive Director: Occupational Assessment and Consulting. This division exceeded our wildest expectations during 2007 and Paul now devotes his time, energy and considerable consulting talents to unlock even more value from this part of our business.

The core functions of the Occupational Assessment and Consulting Division include competency-based assessments, establishing development centres, job profiling, individual development planning, and change and performance management. All these services are offered at an individual, team and/or organisational level.

The third member of our executive team is Chanette Botha, Executive Director: GLU
(Growth-Link University). Chanette and her team focus on quality assurance, programme and learning- material development, accreditation, research and development, as well as learning assessment and facilitation.

We are further very privileged to have Tebatso Motsepe as an executive member of our team. Tebatso, an expert in the field of Marketing and Branding with many years of executive and board experience, is not only a shareholder but will also play a vital role in the further positioning of Growth-Link.

The fifth leader in our team is Vineshree Chetty. Vineshree is responsible for the portfolios of Finance and Corporate The changes in our leadership team are setting the tone for a thrilling new chapter in the Growth-Link story, while significantly enhancing the value you already receive from your partnership with us.
